The property is located on a dead-end road, which continues into a hiking trail. The nature house is located next to the lake house. It has its own covered terrace right on the water. The lake is private. You can swim in it (though it has a bottom with natural silt) and fish. There is a canoe that can be used. A wonderful place to unwind.

All around free in nature. With meadows and forests. Behind the cottage, a food forest is in progress. The relaxed charolais cows lie and walk in the land around. The kingfisher comes by at least once every day and deer roam freely. There are many hiking and biking possibilities in the area, both from the house and in the nearby Morvan. In Luzy at 5km are all kinds of stores, cafes and restaurants. In Tazilly is a small convenience store.
