At the nature house you are in the middle of nature; by the water, next to the flower meadow and orchard. Would you like to go out; for a nice walk is a "rondje ven" recommended (50 minutes walk) or go rowing. The Haterse and Overasseltse fens, a beautiful nature reserve where you can walk, is within 10 minutes by bike. Also within cycling distance is the fortified town of Grave. For a sporting break there is a ski slope, a golf course and a water ski center just around the corner. Also since recently 5 minutes away by bike, Thermen Berendonck. Church village Alverna (950 m.) has a neighborhood supermarket and several restaurants. Wijchen (3 km) has a beautiful castle and a cozy shopping center with a service cinema and many restaurants and bars. Nijmegen center is about 10 km.BuitenOverleg has a floating terrace.
