The restoration of our Rustico was completed in summer 2016. Two houses with a total of 5 double bedrooms and 5 bathrooms were rebuilt from an old ruin, and the main house is used by us as a vacation home. We offer the separate annex as a year-round vacation home for vacation guests, the annex is at ground level and has a large living area with kitchenette and dining area. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms complete the offer.the rustico has retained its original charm while offering modern comfort.the rustico has solar-supported gas underfloor heating and is offered by us all year round. Liguria is worth a visit at any time of year, and in spring and fall the region is ideal for hiking or cycling. In summer, of course, you can enjoy a beach vacation on the Mediterranean, and in winter the climate here is similar to that of Sicily due to its location directly behind the Alps.
