The area is very popular with cyclists and hikers. The apartment has a kitchenette with a two-plate stove, microwave oven and refrigerator. There is all kinds of basic cooking equipment. There is a double bed in the studio, and in the room next to it there are sleeping facilities for 3 persons in single beds. The apartment has a separate entrance door and there is a possibility to store your bicycles in the garage. The pool is private and is fully at your disposal, here is also the possibility for outdoor dining but also to sunbathe. The bathroom has a sink, shower and toilet. There is a common washing machine and dryer. It is a shared house, the ground floor is for guests.

Bolulla is known for its numerous hiking trails and is a paradise for bicycle lovers, from here you can cycle for kilometers. Through Bolulla in the direction of Tarbena you arrive at the very famous Coll des Rates, over this you go in the direction of Parcent, towards Jalon, Calpe..... the experienced cyclist can follow endless routes. Nature here is unspoiled and extremely pure. The view of the mountains is breathtaking and is endlessly beautiful. The Bernia is one of the many mountains that can be climbed throughout the year. The waterfalls of Fonts d Algar are 3 kilometers away. Supermarkets can be found in Callosa d and Sarria at 4 kilometers. Altea is a 20-minute car drive, Benidorm at 30 minutes. Alicante airport is 1 hour away and Valencia 1.5 hours. If you want no hotel, no b&b, but just your own place in nature then this vacation home is ideal.
