The historic house offers you both the charm of an old beamed house and the luxury of a modern domicile. With approx. 40 square meters of living / dining room (8 seats) incl. fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms of 12 square meters each (1 x double bed, 2 single beds), a beautiful bathroom and adjoining sauna, no space wishes remain unfulfilled. A large water-bearing fireplace, free wood, fast Internet & lots of additional amenities / side services make the stay not only suitable for the classic high season in summer, but also for the (my favorite time) "Indian summer" & crisp winter experience! Families get their money's worth, as there is a digging box, playground and swing on the enclosed property... Childcare (German / English) can be booked.

Nevertheless, you immediately have a countryside feeling. Situated right on the edge of the dune forest, you can walk to the incredibly wide beach in 3 minutes. Forest walks, beach life and the private terrace turn the place into a refuge. And once again, we would like to point out that it is family-friendly. Nowhere else can you combine classic family beach fun with a stroll through the city and a visit to a restaurant so perfectly. We have many guests who have actually booked a "nature vacation" and yet, thanks to the perfect mix, "take along" the opera, theater, culture and restaurants.
