Nature house in Longkamp

The hut with wood-burning stove is suitable for 1-2 adults only, aged 18 and over. There is electricity and hot and cold running water, that's all; and regulated waste water disposal. Just nature all around, perfect for hiking, simply away from it all. There is neither TV reception nor WiFi, no letterbox or house number. Cell phone reception is limited depending on the provider. D1 works especially with Telekom and O2. Heating exclusively with wood stove. Fully equipped kitchen, stove, oven etc. The large double bed is very comfortable + warm with high quality mattresses. Living room: sitting area + dining table with armchairs + view out into the garden + stream. Simple bathroom, walk-in shower + shower curtain / washbasin / WC / radiant heater. Hot water is produced with instantaneous water heater. Garbage is handed over separately to the landlord and taken to the garbage collection. Animal hair free for allergy sufferers, therefore do not bring pets.

Surrounded by woods, the cottage is tucked away at the end of a small valley by a stream. The next village is about 1km away. There is a small supermarket, post office and bank branch. 1 farm shop/opening hours: Friday + Saturday mornings. In front of the store there is also a vending machine where you can buy selected chilled products from the region around the clock. It is advisable to arrive by car, as there are no cycle paths or opportunities to cycle in the surrounding area. The approach is only possible via narrow serpentines. The property around the hut is a fenced natural area. Parking lot in front of the property. The meadow around the hut is mowed at regular intervals, but is not an English lawn, there are sun loungers, barbecue + fire pit. The hut is surrounded by tall trees so that it gets light later from the end of Sept.-March. There are also insects + other animals. This is not a cottage for guests looking for carefree comfort with a connection to nature.
