A lovely nature house for two people who love nature and silence. Completely and attractively furnished. The bedroom has an electrically adjustable bed and a large wardrobe. Adjacent is the bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. There is even a cozy open attic where two more children could sleep. The living room has French doors on both the front and side. The whole house has floor heating and windows all around. The view is beautiful, both on the water around Fort Wierickerschans, and on the meadows with cows. How wonderful it is to walk or cycle straight from the house up the dike towards the Meije or the Reeuwijkse Plassen, or historic towns such as Woerden, Oudewater and Gouda. Sunrise and sunset, even the kingfisher is regularly seen here.

Surrounded by meadows, water, peace and quiet. And yet in the middle between the four major cities of Amsterdam, Rotterdam, The Hague and Utrecht. Nature reserves such as the Meije and the Reeuwijkse Plassen are easily accessible by bicycle as are the many historic towns in the Green Heart of the Netherlands. The nature house is located on a dead-end dike, which turns into a bicycle path. Several hiking and cycling trails pass the cottage, including the Limes Route.
