Because the weather is exceptionally soft all year round, you can cook or take your aperitive outside practically every day.The terraces offer you the opportunity to enjoy both sun and shade throughout the day. There are plenty of garden furniture scattered in different seating areas. The view of the Sierra Tejeda is really phenomenal. the house has a spacious living room with a well equipped kitchen. Next to the kitchen is a storage room with cupboard, washing machine, ironing board and iron. The bright living room has a cosy lounge. The bedrooms give out on a balcony with spectacular mountain views. The bathroom has a spacious shower, bidet and toilet. All windows have shutters and mosquito nets.

This house is located in the beautiful surroundings of Comares, Pueblo Magico of Spain and near the hamlet Los Ventorros. In Los Ventorros bars and restaurants can be found. In Comares is a supermarket, bakery (bread baked in wood-oven!), pharmacy, bank, ATM, doctors consult and various bars and restaurants. There is also a sports field and padel-court.Comares is known for its unique location and is often called ‘the pearl of the Axarquia’. Discover the Moorish past by following the ceramic footsteps through the village. The house has spectacular views on the Sierra Tejada.
