The house is happy to welcome you in its 70sqm green-built(wood and cork) annex, located within a plot of land where the owners also live, in their house a few steps away The annex is independent and very bright and its hexagonal shape makes it unique and special, able to arouse feelings of well-being and harmony from the first moment. The large main room houses a Japanese bed composed of a large tatami made of rice straw and a comfortable double mattress with anatomical and hypoallergenic pillows. Also in the room are a pellet stove, comfortable sectional sofas, a wooden closet with a latch, a display case stocked with dishes, a table with wooden chairs, and a food cart, on which, in addition to breakfast, are a water kettle and an electric coffee maker. The hallway leads to the private bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, raised toilet and shower with electric boiler.

The property, ideal for young couples, hikers and naturalists, is situated within a 3ha plot of land, sparsely man-made, partly wooded and partly planted with fruit trees, olive trees, medicinal plants and vegetables, according to the principles of regenerative agriculture. The garden around the outbuilding is surrounded by an electric anti-bush fence. The perimeter of the structure is lighted, but not the surrounding land, both so as not to disturb the rich local fauna (foxes, hedgehogs, porcupines, dormice, weasels, martens, frogs, lepidoptera, and nocturnal and diurnal birds) and to reserve wonderful starry skies for you. Three dogs and numerous cats also live on the property. The surrounding area is sparsely inhabited, mainly in the summer season, which is why, thanks in part to the stunning mountain views and the beauty of the unspoiled park, the place lends itself to relaxing nature retreats and hikes along the park's trails and to charming nearby villages.
