The apartments are set in a country house surrounded by 60 hectares of centuries-old olive trees. Beyond the olive trees is the pine forest and 1 km of beach along the estate on the Gulf of Squillace, on the Ionian Sea. The apartments are obtained from the stables in one floor with a veranda overlooking a large garden with swimming pool and play area for children. The beach is reached by walking for 900 meters between the olive trees and the pine forest (the route can also be done by bike or car).
