This Guesthouse is a traditional residential stonebuilt building, dating back to the 18th century and its full renovation completed in 2008. The result is four self-contained apartments with modern amenities but also each one is decorated and furnished with high-value antique furnitures and paintings. Its name has a dual meaning∙ On the one hand, it refers to Pelion as the mountain of centaurs, and on the other hand, it is an acronym that consists of the initials of our family members. We envisioned this nature house as a guest house that provides everything we would like to experience ourselves, both as travellers and guests. We painted the ceilings and kitchens, and depending on the colors used, each apartment was named accordingly.

The residence consists of two equally divided small houses. The basement of the house is divided into two apartments, the green and the blue one, each of which has its own distinct courtyard, while the upper floors are currently divided into the red and yellow apartments whose open-air area is under the shade of a 200-year-old walnut, near the parking lot. Pergolas covered by vineyard and kiwi trees, climbing plants that are common in Pelion, cover, in turn, the courtyards and the open-air areas.
