The villa awaits you, nestled against a hill in the sunny hamlet of Gard, almost on the border with the Archèche. You're 7 km away from the lively and cultural town of Barjac. There you will find antique markets, weekly markets where farmers sell fresh produce, old streets and restaurants, some of which are hidden unless you look carefully. And if you do find them and give them a try, you're sure to be pleasantly surprised. The house is located on the banks of the Ardèche: canoe trips! You can also explore this beautiful region on foot and by bike. A plot of land that leads right up to the covered terrace is located in front of the villa. The view is incredible. Here you can dine al fresco while admiring the valley or directing your view towards the swimming pool. The swimming pool is accessed via a staircase with handrail. The swimming pool is equipped with a Roman staircase which makes it easy to get in and out of the pool. The house is accessed via a staircase on the outside and is on the first floor. There you'll find a large living room, a separate full kitchen and a modern bathroom. The second floor features a master bedroom and another bedroom which is connected to the first, with sink and toilet.
