Away from mass tourism in the southernmost tip of Carinthia in a sunny location at 1500 m above sea level, yet easily accessible by car, lies a detached alpine chalet for 4 people. Both in summer and winter it offers pure relaxation on 102 m² plus garage. Furnished in the Carinthian national colors with stylish furniture, partly antiques, but technically at the most modern level: from the large induction hob and multifunctional oven to washing machine and dryer, everything is available, if necessary also for long-term stays. Heating is provided by pellet underfloor heating in both summer and winter.

The Koralpe is a recreational skiing and hiking area. In terms of climate, sunny days predominate. On cloudy days, you literally live above the clouds at an altitude of 1500 m.
