Our house is located in a fantastic and typical Valais hiking and skiing area. It is a very spacious nature house of almost 110 m2 (formerly 2 houses), with private terrace of over 30 m2. The very comfortable house has an open kitchen, large dining area, very bright and spacious sitting area with TV/DVD player, 2 bedrooms (1 very spacious with wardrobe and double bed and 1 with 2 bunk beds) and 2 bathrooms. The house has a fully equipped corner kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher, freezer drawers and large refrigerator, Nespresso and coffee maker, many household helpers and plenty of food/drink service. Of course, you have free WIFI (secure and home-owned) and your own private parking space in the parking garage with a direct connection to the apartment. For children there are more than enough toys available as well as a sturdy baby carriage, crib and high chair. A Miele washing machine and dryer can be used for a small fee (pay machine).

From the terrace of the nature house really phenomenal views of some so-called four thousands. Grächen, because of its location, has at least 299 Sundays a year and thus ranks No. 1 among the sunniest places in all of Switzerland. Moreover, Grächen is particularly child- and family-friendly. With great regularity, ibex walk up to 25 meters in front of the terrace. Or what about our neighbor's llama farm? The total area includes about 8,000 meters and is available for free use. Hiking literally starts in the front and back yard. An area of over 250 km of hiking opportunities for every level and in every season of the year. In addition, a very family-friendly ski area of 40 km. The house is located at about 1,500 meters altitude with plenty of space and greenery all around. With public transportation (bus stop 250 meters away), it is only 3 km to Grächen village. Zermatt and Saas Fee are about 30/40 minutes by car or public transport.
