The house (80m2, wheelchair friendly) was completely renovated in 2019 and equipped with all modern conveniences. The ideal base for long walks and bike rides in the woods and along the river IJssel. You cycle in 5 minutes to the center of the Hanseatic town of Hattem with the famous bakery museum, the Anton Pieck and Voerman museum. The beautiful bustling Zwolle is 8 km away. The house is equipped with a full kitchen, featuring a Quooker faucet, Jura coffee machine (beans), oven, refrigerator, kitchen utensils and dishwasher. There is Netflix and a Wii. In the bedroom there is a comfortable electrically-adjustable double bed and a single bed. In the living room, the sofa converts into a full double bed. Bath, bed and kitchen linen included. The nature house is located on 2.5 hectares of its own land against the edge of the forest, near the coach house of a country house built in 1903. From the house you walk straight into the Veluwe forest with beautiful moors for endless walks: via Flip-Hul to, for example, Langoed Molencate, the Spanish Counts, the Spyker from 1640, the Geldersch Landscape or towards the floodplain landscape of the IJssel. The long-distance walking path Maarten van Rossumpad leads through Hattem. In the summer months, a bicycle and foot ferry sails across the IJssel. For water lovers, there are several fishing spots. Also various (canoe) trips on the Apeldoorn canal are possible. In the vicinity are many cycling opportunities; with extensive ATB routes, cycling and recreation routes. Close to the cozy Hanseatic town of Hattem with terraces, famous museums and the bustling Zwolle. Within walking distance are the two golf clubs in Hattem.
