Detached vacation home (60 m²) with very attractive solid wood furniture in Scandinavian style. On the first floor there is a cozy living-dining room with sitting area, dining area, TV and CD player. A pellet tiled stove and night storage heating provide cozy warmth. The kitchenette is equipped with a 4-ring ceramic hob, microwave, mini-oven, coffee machine and kettle. The bathroom with large shower cubicle (rain shower) and WC as well as a small storage room are also on the first floor. A relatively steep staircase leads to the two bedrooms with sloping ceilings. All beds are fitted with drawers so that there is plenty of space for your vacation wardrobe. From the living room you can access the large open terrace with garden furniture and an open fireplace. The spacious natural plot is covered with several trees and has a large trampoline. Bed linen, towels and kitchen towels are provided.

The vacation home is located in the east of Belgium in Lanaken-Rekem near the Meuse and the border with the Netherlands in the Sunclass Sonnevijver vacation park. The access to the vacation park is regulated by a barrier, the house is located at the back of the park, so it is very quiet and there is little traffic. In the vacation park with its many old trees you will find a playground, several fish ponds and a bathing lake with sunbathing lawn and sandy beach, which is reserved exclusively for park guests. The restaurant in the park offers a beautiful view of the water. You can get a free fishing license for the two fishing ponds at the reception. The Hoge Kempen National Park with its extensive hiking and cycling trails borders directly on the vacation park. The picturesque village center of Oude Rekem offers several attractive restaurants. The nearest large supermarket can be reached on foot in approx. 10 minutes.
