Sleep under the stars in a beautiful tent with a clear roof. Situated at La Prairie Étoilée, a get away from it all glamping experience exclusively for couples. With just three tents, each in their own space in a tree lined meadow it’s very peaceful and quiet. The tent is wonderfully light and airy and incredibly spacious with great head height. It’s pitched on a solid platform with natural coir flooring so is firm and comfortable under foot. Each has a comfortable kingside bed with luxury bedding, and is fully furnished with sofa, coffee table, bedside tables, everything you need for a comfortable stay in nature. Outside is a well equipped summer kitchen/dining gazebo & firepit/campfire, sun loungers and parasols. Your private and spotlessly clean bathroom is just a short way from your tent, with large fluffy towels, complimentary toiletries and hot water on demand.

Situated outside the village of Crozon-Sur-Vauvre within the department of Indre; it’s a beautiful, unspoilt area of France, where paths are less trodden. La Praire Étoilée is surrounded by undulating countryside and ancient hedgerows. There’s lots of opportunity for car free days with walks and cycle routes right here.  We have amazingly comfy tandem bikes available for hire (includes instruction!) - such a great way to have fun and explore the immediate locality. Crozon-Sur-Vauvre boasts 3 lovely treasure trail walks, maps are available and the routes are have colour coded signposts so you can’t get lost (unless you want to!) We are near the departmental border of Creuse so very are well placed for exploring both Centre-Val de Loire & Nouvelle Aquitaine regions with plenty of attractions, historical and cultural places of interest to visit. Also, just a short drive away, are a number of lakes for wild swimming, kayaking, fishing and even water skiing. Nearest town 6kms.
