The Kellerstöckl is a former press house and wine and must cellar, which has been lovingly restored and very individually designed in a mix of country house style, shabby chic and rustic elements. As part of the entire estate consisting of our residential house, the house, stables and other farm buildings, the house offers on approx. 55sqm. a bedroom, a bathroom with tub and a kitchen with seating and dining area, a small "terrace" in front of the cottage and the courtyard (meadow !, not paved !) and garden, which guests can use as they wish. ATTENTION !!! - only suitable for dog lovers !!! The farm area is fenced, our 3 dogs move freely here, which means that guests cannot get to their accommodation without coming into contact with the dogs! We are a vegan farm and animal life farm - due to the agricultural business there may be a risk of injury to various objects ! NOT suitable for children !

Our farm is located just outside a small village at the foothills of the Koralpen massif and on the western edge of the so-called "Styrian Tuscany", known for its bizarre vineyards of volcanic origin and of course the excellent wines. The farm is surrounded from east to south to west by meadows and fields, some fish ponds and behind them in about 300-600m distance of forest, the view to the south shows a mountain ridge in about 10km distance which is also the border to Slovenia. Despite the quiet location, we are also easily accessible by public transport - there is a train station only 600m away with a direct connection to Graz. The skiing and hiking area Koralpe-Weinebene can be reached from the house in about 30 minutes, the Soboth reservoir for swimming and boating in about 25 minutes by car. The district capital Deutschlandsberg with numerous shopping facilities is approx. 12 km away and can be reached in approx. 10 minutes. Shopping facilities are also available in the nearby village
