The covered wagon at the Ecolodge Hinterland is the perfect domicile for all adventure-seekers who love simple camp life and want to be in harmony with nature. Spend cozy campfire nights under the starry sky and make your bed in the cuddly, fragrant hay bed. The covered wagon is equipped with a rainproof tarpaulin to protect you from bad weather. In addition to the hay bed (allergy sufferers beware!), which is covered with a sheet, there is a small indoor seating area and storage space for your luggage. A highlight is the covered, fold-out outdoor kitchen at the head of the trailer. This is equipped with water tanks, a gas hob and all the important cooking utensils. Pillows, towels and sheets are provided. You must bring your own sleeping bags and blankets. There is a natural bathroom with a composting toilet and washbasin with a washbasin and drinking water tank. There is no shower.

The covered wagon is located in a natural garden. The Lahntal School, the youth hostel and several other garden plots are located in the neighborhood. The river Lahn flows not far from the site and the Lahntal cycle path, the Lahn hiking trail and some popular walking trails are just a stone's throw away.our guests have the property all to themselves, only the beekeepers sometimes stop by to check on their bee colonies.the garden offers plenty of space and there is also a fire bowl with barbecue grill. Despite the natural surroundings, restaurants, a small kiosk, a bakery and butcher's shop as well as the outdoor pool are just a few minutes' walk away. The "Biedenkopf Campus" train stop is also in the immediate vicinity. Trains to Maburg and Erndtebrück run here every hour.
