The cottage (107m2) is for rent for a minimum of three nights. The price depends on low or high season. From 105 € to 125 € per night for two people. A maximum of four people can stay. We provide bed linen, this is always included. Bath towels are available at an additional cost , 10 € per person. The cleaning is always charged per stay is 25 € per person. You can heat on pellets but you can also heat or cool with a heat pump. The deposit is 100€. The total (stay, cleaning and the deposit) must be paid when booking. When booking via naturehouse.be their cancellation rules apply. There is no WIFI. No pets allowed. Because of the energy prices we are forced to ask you to be frugal. Heating must be done with the pellet stove not the airco/heat pump. 10 kWh per day is included in the price. This is more than sufficient but if exceeded, 5€ per day will be deducted from the deposit.

Our cottage borders the nature reserve "source area of the black water". There are always birds to be seen on the water and in the dry season (July, August, September) there is wildlife walking. Enjoy nature and peace. Ideal base for walking, cycling or visiting Limburg. The bicycle route network is nearby. You can cycle through forest and nature. Supermarkets, restaurants and stores are 5 to 10 minutes away by car in Hechtere or Hechtel-Eksel but you can also easily go to Hasselt, Genk, Lommel or Pelt.
