In the middle of nature, far away from the hustle and bustle, you wake up to the singing of birds. You turn open the blinds and see a deer walking in the grassland. The early sunlight and the humid air create a mysterious image. A Cuckoo sounds in the distance and across from you our resident Squirrel (Sammie) climbs to the tray of peanuts. During the renovation of our house, we placed two log cabins at the back of our lot, connected to each other. One log cabin for living and cooking and the other, separated by an interior door, for sleeping and showering. We enjoyed living in it ourselves for a year until our house was ready. You are in the middle of nature. Behind our plot is the moors. The accommodation is fully equipped! There is WiFi (via fiber) and we provide bed linen, towels and a basic package with coffee, filters, tea, sugar, pepper, salt, cleaning products and dishwasher tablets.

In the outskirts of Bennekom you are in the middle of nature on the Veluwe. Our plot is located on a dirt road, in the middle of the forest, on a "wooden shoe path" so you can immediately go for a walk. But you are on the bike in 15 minutes at the Intercity station Ede-Wageningen, in 10 minutes you are in the center of Renkum or Bennekom and you walk in 15 minutes to the Ginkel Heath. Our location is a perfect base for walking or cycling (bring your own) across the Veluwe (we are between bicycle junctions 82 and 88). You can go shopping in Bennekom, Ede or Arnhem, visit museums (modern museum Arnhem), go to the zoo (burgers zoo) , go to the outdoor museum or just for the log cabin enjoy a good book, the peace, the birds and maybe you get a visit from a squirrel, a deer, a badger, a hare or a fox.
