Especially on flowery open spaces in forests and along forest edges you can encounter dozens of species, including the Apollo butterfly, large ranger and morning red. Along streams in forests live the fire salamander and fin-pole salamander. In sunny places you can see the pearl lizard, wall lizard or wall gecko.
