The Italian kitchen

Each region in Italy has its own associated specialties. The Pugliese kitchen known for abundant meals, the aperitivo is a meal in itself. In addition, this kitchen has many fish dishes because it is surrounded by both the Adriatic and the Ionian sea. A delicious dish is, for example, pasta con cozze; pasta with mussels.
